Last Minute Cancellation and No Show Policy
We want to make sure you have the best experience possible when booking your next appointment. That’s why we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or no shows. If you don’t give us enough notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the service fee to book your next appointment.
Returns and Refunds

With this in mind, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened products. This means that if you open the product, you cannot return or exchange it. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We want to make sure that each customer is satisfied with their purchase before they open it.
