This website is operated by Create Confidence inc. By using this site and/or making a purchase, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree with these terms, you cannot use our website or services. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site means you accept those changes.

1. Online Store Terms

By using our site, you confirm you’re of legal age or have permission for any minors to use the site. You may not use our services for illegal activities or violate any laws.

Any violation may lead to immediate termination of services.

2. Products and Services

Some products may only be available online and may be limited in stock. We can change prices, discontinue products, or limit sales at any time. We do not guarantee product quality will meet your expectations.

3. Late Arrival and No-Show

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients. In the case of a no-show (failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice), we reserve the right to charge 50% (of your booked Service Price) cancellation fee and refuse future bookings. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.

4 Deposit and Invoice Policy

For services over an hour, a 50% deposit may be required. New clients may also be asked for a deposit. Deposits are refundable with 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours will result in forfeiting the deposit. No-shows will be invoiced.

5. Cancellation Policy

We required a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge or refuse future bookings.

6. Membership policy

By joining, you agree to maintain your membership for the minimum 3-month period. After the initial term, your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you wish to cancel, you must provide notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal. Failure to do, may be charged the full price for the entire 3-month period or the value of any discount previously applied. Membership benefits are exclusive and may be subject to change.

7. Booking and Payment

  • Appointments can be booked via our website or by contacting our salon directly.
  • Payment can be made through [credit card, debit card, Apple pay or Interac e-transfer].
  • A cancellation notice of at least 24 hours is required to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Note – Credit card transactions are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice. We are not responsible for any changes in price, service interruptions, or discontinuation of the service, and we are not liable to you or any third party for such changes.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must arrive on time for their appointments.
  • Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
  • If you arrive unprepared (e.g., shaved or hair too short), you will still be charged 50% of the service fee. This also applies to double or duplicate bookings.

10. Return and Exchange Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with an item, we offer a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  • Non-returnable Items:
Certain items such as gift cards, sale items, or opened personal care products may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please review product details before purchasing.

11. Health and Safety

We prioritize your health and safety. If you have concerns about specific treatments, please consult a healthcare provider beforehand.

Our staff is trained in maintaining hygienic practices; however, clients participate in treatments at their own risk.

12. Aggressive Behavior Policy

Aggressive behavior, including verbal harassment or threats, will not be tolerated. Clients displaying such behavior will be removed from our client list.

13. Third-Party Links

Some content, products, and services on our site may include third-party materials or links to third-party websites that we don’t control. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of these third-party sites or services, and we are not liable for any issues that arise from using them. Before making any transactions or using third-party services, please review their terms and policies carefully. Any concerns about third-party products should be directed to the respective third party.

14. Liability Limitations

Create confidence is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to assume all risks associated with the services provided.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

16. Modifications

We have the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at our discretion by posting the changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review our website regularly for any updates. By continuing to use or access our website or services after changes are posted, you accept those changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements through which we provide you Services, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
